White Pine Property Group is a local family owned business that specializes in Real Estate acquisition and redesign. Located in the Savannah, GA market, owners Dave and Kaitlynn Thayer are passionate about helping both buyers and sellers achieve their real estate dreams while simultaneously revitalizing the community. Dave and Kaitlynn Thayer are seasoned business owners. Kaitlynn also has years of experience in the real estate market, with licensing in multiple states. Our passion for real estate improvements started when we successfully renovated and sold two of our previous homes. White Pine Property Group strives to improve properties throughout Savannah, GA and surrounding areas by partnering with great investors and contractors. Our team utilizes their knowledge of project and cost management to bring our clients the most desired aesthetics in an affordable way.

Kaitlynn, originally from Michigan, fell in love with the Savannah area as soon as she visited for the first time. The Spanish moss, warm weather, close proximity to the ocean, and architecture of the city made it easy to fall in love. Kaitlynn also enjoys being involved in her community through her seat on the Downtown Development Authority for the City of Guyton, School council and PTO and her children's middle and elementary school, involvement at her local real estate board, and being an active foster parent. Combine her love for the community and her passion for helping people, real estate was a no-brainer. If she isn't helping buyers or sellers with their real estate goals, you can usually find her looking for her own investments, spending time with her husband and 5 children or relaxing by the beach.

Dave, originally from Michigan, fell in love with Savannah the first time he visited in 2012. After Dave and Kaitlynn moved to the low country they knew they wanted to make an impact on the community. Dave had an extensive background in landscaping so it was natural for him to take a job doing what he loved. He immediately starting learning about southern horticulture. It wasn't long after that he received his Commercial Pesitcide Applicator license. He throughly enjoys maintaining properties as well as diagnosing problems. It made sense to finally combine his love for landscaping and entrepreneurship, thus, he founded the landscaping division for White Pine Property Group. As a serial entrepreneur, he enjoys the challenge of making it all come together.
