The Spanish moss, warm weather, close proximity to the ocean, and architecture of the city made it easy to fall in love. Kaitlynn also enjoys being involved in her community through her seat on the Downtown Development Authority for the City of Guyton, School council and PTO and her children's middle and elementary school, involvement at her local real estate board, and being an active foster parent. Combine her love for the community and her passion for helping people, real estate was a no-brainer.
